Mangoal OEM style dash cams are only compatible with specific vehicle models, and the wrong model cannot be fitted. They do not support adding a rear camera separately if you already have the single front camera, as the PCB boards are different.
The camera's WiFi is not remote. Users must download important clips to their phone while in the car with the engine running, if needed. The image quality of the app preview interface is specially compressed for a smooth app experience, so users should click on the "Camera File" in the app to view the original AHD quality video.
Mangoal OEM style dash cams feature a sound recording function that can be turned on/off via the Mangoal app settings. Traditional camera settings are implemented through the SkyCamm app, and detailed operating instructions are provided.
The dash cams are packed with a 128GB MicroSD card and support a maximum of 256GB. However, 4K HD has higher requirements for memory cards and requires U3 C10 grade genuine memory cards.
Mangoal offers several OEM style custom dash cam models to fit different vehicle styles, including Wrangler, Silverado, Sierra, Yukon, Grand Cherokee, RAM, and Challenger. Users should note that their car must have an Auto-Dimming Rearview Mirror Plug Power Adapter (10Pin square plug) for the dash cam to be powered; otherwise, power can only be obtained through the OBD or fuse box. Parking monitor functionality requires an OBD Power Adapter or Fuse Box Power Adapter.
